Located in Shirogane, Ward 12, Plot 39 - Balmung
This cozy little shop can be found in Kugane and is home to a variety of herbs and natural-made remedies for those unable to handle aetherial forms of healing. However, the owner not only sells medicine here, but a variety of flavored teas made from natural ingredients she gathers from across Eorzea. Feel free to ask her a recommendation for herbal supplements and remedies to help with common ailments or make an appointment to consult more serious health issues with her.
important notes
Due to the medical side of the venue, there are some key notes and rules i do have pertaining to it. it's advisable to read this if you decide to rp any medical matter with ariawyn.
I take my medical rp very seriously. i am not the type of healer who will just give you a potion and send you on your merry way. while i may not be a doctor in real life, i do extensive research and own herbal medicine books to provide accurate treatments to patients. this also includes the ffxiv encyclopedias with canon info and lore.
Please understand that any treatments i provideo for ailments specifically for ffxiv's world (aether sickness/voidsent attacks) will be based on canon lore/info. i won't throw the book at you and expect you to follow it exactly, but if you're looking for treatment to ffxiv related illnesses, i will advise you on the information so that we can be on the same page. if you're adament about the treatment advised, unfortunately, i will not be able to properly help you then apart from just treating any symptoms that are non-aether related.
Ariawyn is a healer who uses aethersight. this skill of hers is constantly active, meaning she can physically see a person's aether and tell when they are unwell as it affects the flow of their aether. she will not stick her nose into people's business and cure them without them first approaching her.
Communication is a key factor in this type of rp. there are important things i will need to be aware of if i'm to help your character such as if they have any outward symptoms affecting their appearance (ie: puffy eyes, pale skin, sweating, etc). i will also need to know if you're wanting a quick cure or you want this to be a long-lasting thing. also if your character suffers from aether sensitivity, that is a key thing for me to know as ariawyn provides both forms of healing. you can always talk to me (ariawyn) in game or through the apothecary's discord.
I do have friends within the venue that will check the chat. if they see mention of your character needing a medical consultation, but not enough information to help me, they will send a private message to you letting you know about the following rule (#4). that way, it helps me assess what is wrong a little faster than asking the basic questions - a good doctor can always assess a patient by their appearance.

A popular specialty of the Herb Garden's, these floral hair ornaments are a popular gifts you can wear all year long. No less, it smells and feels like the real flower, making it impossible to tell that these well crafted corsages are imitations.
ꕥ The following flowers are available ornaments: Hydrangeas, Campanulas, Hyacinths, Cherry Blossoms, Chrysanthemums.
POMANDER NECKLACES:
These necklaces come in two different style - long or short. The floral charms on these necklaces are specifically made to hold small packs of herbal "beads" that can diffuse through the charm. Beads are interchangable and last up to 30 days.
HERB-AIR INCENSORY:
A small enchanted tabletop incensory that you can stuff your favorite herbal scents into. Upon closing it, the tiny wind shard inside will active and create a gentle breeze to blow and spread the scent of the herbs throughout whatever room you have it in! Perfect for those who don't want to deal with lighting candles and dealing with fire hazards of a normal incensory.

We here at the Herb Garden strive to bring a place of comfort to players within the FFXIV community,
both new spouts and experienced veterans alike. Please respect and follow our rules.
For players new to RP, we have some tips to help you learn the ropes.
This is a SFW venue, meaning any nsfw content will not be tolerated here. this includes inappropriate comments, rp context that may trigger other patrons, and abusing the syncshell. we will not tolerate nsfw content here.
Be respectful towards the staff and mindful of other patrons. consent is key.
Kindly stow your weapons away. even if you're an injured adventurer, you can stow your weapon away. this is a safe place.
Minions are welcome if they are for rp purposes, otherwise we ask for you to dismiss your little critter temporarily during the venue.
We kindly ask that you refrain from rp talking about any msq content. we don't want to spoil things for those who haven't completed the full msq yet!
If rules are broken and continue to be shown disregard after given a warning, you will be approached by the owner to leave.
RP Tips
When speaking in character, people usually use quotation marks.
[ex: "Hello, how are you today? Thank you for the tea."]When speaking out of character, people use a variation of parenthesis or brackets, such as the following below:
